Steve Ooi started his career with the Grant Thornton Malaysia, later Ernst & Young Malaysia and KPMG Singapore, later back to Grant Thornton Malaysia, was promote as Partner and assumed the role of one of audit group head.
Over the years, he had been involved in providing assurance services to a wide range of clients, from small local entrepreneurs to large multinational companies, as well as companies listed on Malaysia Stock Exchange and Overseas Stock Exchange, across the industries such as manufacturing, trading, stock broking, assets management, construction, property development, government agency, information technology, etc.
He also has undertaken financial due diligence review, special investigations, listing exercise and corporate exercise varying from acquisition, domestic or foreign based initial public offering.
Steve Ooi is a member of the Public Practice Committee of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a member of the Public Practice Committee of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Benson has more than 10 years of experience in assurance, listing, business advisory work and technical in audit and assurance. He has undertaken audits for companies listed on Bursa Securities Berhad and also been involved due diligence review and corporate exercises involving review of profit/cash flow forecast and preparation of Accountants Report. He handles both local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries such as property development, constructions, technology, manufacturing, trading, retailing, food and beverages, property asset management, leisure and hospitality and others.
Besides statutory audits, Benson was also involved in consultation and provision of technical support on audit and assurance to the auditors, firms audit policies implementation, internal quality control review, liaising with the regulators and more.
He is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Simon Kuan is an Audit Partner with over 15 years of experience in audit and assurance. He has extensive experience leading engagements for Bursa Malaysia-listed companies, private businesses and international groups across various industries.
His expertise covers statutory audits, reporting accountant engagements, financial due diligence, MFRS/IFRS, financial reporting, corporate governance and risk management. Simon works closely with senior management and boards, providing practical and commercially focused advice on complex audit and accounting matters.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

With more than 10 years of experience in audit and assurance services, Keng Yee brings a wealth of expertise to Kudos SBC. He began his career at a major audit firm, then served as Head of Finance at a private company, gaining valuable insights from both advisory and in-house perspectives.
At Kudos SBC, Keng Yee specializes in statutory audits for both public listed companies and private companies, financial due diligence, and Initial Public Offering (IPO) exercises. His extensive involvement in these areas enables him to provide clients with thorough, high-quality financial assessments and strategic guidance.

Paramhans has more than 11 years of experience delivering high impact audit and leading regulatory-driven assurances across various industries.
He began his career in a major audit firm and learnt his traits in audit and assurance in manufacturing, insurance and reinsurance services, property development, clubs, oil and gas and many more.
He then joined a private firm and further enhanced his knowledge and experience through leading a dynamic team in performing due diligence, tax advisory as well as managing audit and assurance services such as management corporation, government audits, and co-operative audits.
In Kudos SBC PLT, Paramhans brings his invaluable experience across various industries to provide audit and assurance services to clients for both Public Listed Companies and Private Companies.

Timothy Wong is an audit and assurance professional with approximately six years of experience in auditing listed companies, private companies and corporate groups. He has progressive experience in audit and assurance, financial reporting and transaction-related engagements, with exposure to a broad range of industries including manufacturing, trading, construction, property development, oil and gas, food and beverage, healthcare, and logistics and transportation.
He has extensive experience in IPO and listing engagements, including involvement in Accountant’s Reports, prospectus review, MFRS and financial reporting advisory. His experience also includes group consolidation, financial statement review, quarterly and annual reporting, due diligence and other transaction-related assignments.
He is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Shum How Yee is an Audit Director with experience in the audit profession for more than 7 years. She has extensive experience in statutory audits of public listed and privately held companies across various industries. She has also been involved in financial due diligence engagements and Initial Public Offering (IPO) exercises, providing audit and transaction-related support to clients throughout various stages of their corporate development.
She works closely with clients and engagement teams in addressing complex audit, financial reporting and transaction-related matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality and professionally sound audit engagements. Her experience includes working with companies of varying sizes and business structures, providing practical and value-added insights to support clients in meeting their financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA(M)) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

Carine Wong has over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, tax, and advisory. She began her career in public practice with Khoo Wong & Chan and later Ernst & Young in Malaysia and Singapore, gaining exposure to statutory and special-purpose audits across various industries, including public-listed companies.
She subsequently transitioned into commercial roles, holding a key finance position at Focus Point Holdings Berhad, where she supported the Group’s IPO process. She later joined Opus Group Berhad and continued with UEM Edgenta Berhad following the Group’s amalgamation, progressing to Head of Finance Operations (Asset Consultancy). In this role, she led finance functions covering group reporting, project accounts, budgeting, taxation, corporate finance, treasury, and team leadership across multiple business units.
In 2017, Carine founded WPM Corporate Services Sdn Bhd and later co-founded Ace Alpine Advisory Sdn Bhd in 2019, providing accounting, tax, advisory, and corporate secretarial services.
Carine is currently a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Chartered Tax Practitioner of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), a licensed tax agent with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF), and a practising company secretary registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
